Pavan Kalyan's last movie Sardaar Gabbar Singh was a disappointment. Almost a year after it Katamarayudu has hit the screens. It is a remake of Tamil Movie "Veeram" Cast Ajith Kumar and Tamannah. Telugu Movie Katamarayudu Directed by "Gopala Gopala" fame "Kishore Kumar Pardasani"(Dolly), the film is a regular mass entertainer where the Leading Character (Pavan Kalyan) plays a larger than the life character.

Brief Story:

Katamarayudu (Pavan Kalyan) hates women for reasons best known to him. He has four brothers and three of them are already in love. But they hide in front of  Katamarayudu as he doesn't like it. They want to make their brother fall into love to someone. That is the main concept of the Love Track for the Pavan Kalyan so that they could happily marry their girlfriends. Avanti (Shruti) is a classical dancer and singer. she impress to Katamarayudu. Here Main turning point to the movie is that Avanthi is not supports to violence for the sake of people. Katamarayudu goes to her house to convince Avanthi and her parents, There Katamarayudu comes to knows that their family is in danger because of Bhanu (Tarun Arora).Who is this Bhanu? What is relation does he have to do with Avanthi's family? How does Rayudu save thier family? That forms the rest of the story?

Performances:

Pavan Kalyan looks different from previous movies in Rayudu getup. His styling suits the character and his energetic description of the character keeps us engaged. His performance in scenes with Shruti Haasan is the highlight of the film. Siva Balaji, Ajay, Kamal Kamaraju and Chaitanya Krishna played the brothers characters and Ajay is impressive among them. Ali is okay and Rao Ramesh impresses with his getup, accent and tag line 'Kaani kaani kaani'. Villain characterization is pretty weak and Tarun Arora couldn't do much about it.

Conclusion:

On my analysis Katamarayudu Movie  is a treat for all Pavan Kalyan fans. The star hero’s emotional performance, traditional look and superb fun during the first half are huge assets for the film. If you ignore the routine story line and a slightly dull second half, Katamarayudu is one film which ends up as a decent watch this summer.
